This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a National Events & Partnerships Manager based in United States. This role will lead the strategy and execution of high-impact events, experiential campaigns, and strategic partnerships across the United States. You will own a national experiential calendar designed to strengthen brand awareness, consumer engagement, cultural relevance, and business growth. From major festivals and sponsorships to community activations and retail moments, you will bring ideas to life from concept through execution. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership across budgets, vendors, production, logistics, staffing, and on-site delivery. You will build meaningful external partnerships while collaborating closely with creative, social, PR, retail, e-commerce, sales, and influencer teams. Success will depend on delivering memorable consumer experiences that are well-organized, measurable, scalable, and aligned with broader business priorities. Accountabilities Own the annual national events and experiential marketing calendar, ensuring activations align with brand priorities, consumer objectives, retail initiatives, and business goals.Lead end-to-end planning and execution for national festivals, sponsorships, conferences, consumer activations, community events, influencer experiences, retail moments, and partner events.Manage all operational aspects of events, including concepts, timelines, budgets, venues, vendors, staffing, permits, insurance, product, shipping, production schedules, run-of-show, and on-site execution.Develop event briefs, production plans, staffing schedules, post-event recaps, and other materials required to keep internal and external stakeholders aligned.Partner with creative teams to translate brand identity into distinctive, engaging, and highly shareable consumer experiences.Develop scalable experiential concepts that can be adapted across markets, retailers, audiences, and relevant cultural moments.Oversee sampling programs and identify efficient opportunities to introduce products to new consumers.Establish KPIs and success metrics for events and partnerships, track performance, and use insights to improve future programs and support business growth.Identify and evaluate strategic partnership and sponsorship opportunities that can increase brand awareness, cultural relevance, and consumer reach.Build and maintain relationships with brands, organizations, venues, event partners, and other external stakeholders.Lead negotiations, scopes of work, deliverables, timelines, and execution for partnerships and sponsorships.Collaborate with influencer, social, PR, retail, e-commerce, sales, and creative teams to maximize the impact of events and partnerships across channels.Manage experiential agencies, production companies, contractors, vendors, and other external partners while maintaining high standards of execution.Own event and partnership budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliations, ensuring programs remain on time and within budget.Serve as the primary internal point of contact for events and partnerships, maintaining clear responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.Communicate plans, opportunities, results, and learnings through presentations, recaps, and regular stakeholder updates. Requirements 5–8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, events, sponsorships, partnerships, brand marketing, or a closely related field.Demonstrated experience independently managing events from initial concept through production and on-site execution.Proven ability to manage both large-scale national events and smaller, high-touch consumer or partner experiences.Strong vendor management, negotiation, budgeting, production, and event logistics capabilities.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, budgets, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong anticipation, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly align internal stakeholders and external partners.Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and timelines can change quickly.Creative, resourceful, and culturally curious, with a strong understanding of consumer trends and relevant lifestyle, wellness, entertainment, and community moments.Experience in CPG, beverage, wellness, lifestyle, or other consumer-focused industries is preferred.Experience managing agencies, production companies, contractors, and other external partners is preferred.Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage strategic partnerships from opportunity evaluation through execution.Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect experiential initiatives to measurable brand and business outcomes.Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the United States for events, activations, and on-site execution.A proactive, hands-on mindset and a strong bias toward action, with the ability to move comfortably between strategic planning and detailed execution.
