National account development role focused on expanding Ryder’s market presence and accelerating the sales cycle by delivering highly qualified leads to the Field Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Engage in lead nurturing; assess leads against Ryder’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and activity level to determine when one-on-one attention is warranted.
- Conduct one-on-one nurturing using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria to qualify leads for sales assignment.
- Schedule meetings between Sales-Qualified Leads and Ryder Sales Representatives.
- Educate and develop prospects on Ryder’s Value Proposition and service offerings.
- Maintain high call volume to pass qualified leads to sales, set customer appointments, and generate revenue.
- Identify customer pain points and present Ryder solutions; discuss transportation industry topics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Three or more years of successful sales experience.
- Three or more years of prior Inside Sales experience (preferred).
- Five or more years of prior B2B sales experience (required).

- Clear communication with C-level customers and Ryder Sales Team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Mature, self-confident, and able to work under pressure.

Pay
Base salary of $50,000 plus commission.
