- Benefits: the perks list.
- Pay: the competitive base salary line.

We must not include placeholder text. Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "Our Innovation Starts with YOU!" paragraph about diversity etc. That's EEO boilerplate? It's about diversity and equal opportunity. Likely should be removed as boilerplate. Also "Altisource is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Remove.
Also "Additional Information Why Join Granite Risk Management" paragraph is okay (not boilerplate). The "PERKS OF WORKING AT ALTISOURCE" is benefits.
We need to ensure we don't repeat job title.

Pay
Competitive base salaries at $100k+ with additional sales incentives
We have duplicated pay line in Benefits and Pay; but we need to avoid duplication? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we put pay in Benefits and also separate Pay section, that duplicates. Might be okay but could be considered duplication. Better to put pay only in Pay section, and benefits exclude the salary line. However the benefits list includes "Prosperity Competitive base salaries at $100k+ with additional sales incentives". That's essentially pay. We could keep it under Benefits as part of perks, but then Pay section would be duplicate. Perhaps we can omit Pay section and keep salary in Benefits. But the instruction says include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state salary. So we need a Pay section. We could keep salary in Pay section and not duplicate in Benefits; but then we lose that benefit line from Benefits. However the benefits list also includes other items; we could keep the salary line only under Pay and not repeat in Benefits. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we omit the salary line from Benefits, we are still preserving it (in Pay). That's fine. So we should not duplicate. Thus Benefits section will exclude the salary line. Let's adjust Benefits: - 401k plans with company matching - Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans - Tax-free Flexible Spending Account - Life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability - Paid holidays, plus 19 days of accrued PTO for a total of 28 paid days off per year Now Pay section: "Competitive base salaries at $100k+ with additional sales incentives" Now ensure no other boilerplate. Check for any duplicated lines: The responsibilities list includes many items; ensure we didn't miss any.
