Business Development Manager (Construction Services)

About the role

Responsible for performing building envelope repair tasks including but not limited to roof repairs, siding installations, and window replacements. Works closely with project managers and clients to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Performing detailed inspections of buildings to identify areas requiring repair
• Assisting in the preparation of materials and tools needed for repairs
• Installing new siding, windows, and other building components as necessary
• Coordinating with project managers to ensure project timelines are met
• Communicating with clients to discuss project progress and address concerns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in construction or related field
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license

$18 - $22 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Variable schedule to accommodate project needs, typically Monday through Friday with some weekend work possible.
