About the role
TK Elevator is seeking an experienced National Accounts Billing Supervisor in Atlanta, GA. This role supervises a team of National Account Billing Coordinators responsible for contract setups, changes, customer invoicing, and collections for National Account Customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a staff of National Account Billing Coordinators, including approving time and attendance, disciplinary measures, coaching, performance reviews, and skill development.
- Oversee the setup of new maintenance contracts, change requests, customer invoicing, and collections for National Account customers.
- Manage the National Contract Tracker and SLA for completion of new setups and contract change requests.
- Collaborate with Region and Branch personnel to resolve escalated items from National Account Billers.
- Distribute National Aging reports monthly to Regional Finance Directors.
- Partner with Cash Applications on customer accounts and ensure proper payment application to invoices.
- Serve as a backup for team members during vacations and high-volume work periods.
- Collaborate with other shared services teams to standardize procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum five years’ experience in a business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer environment.
- 3+ years’ experience in National Accounts or similar industry, plus a college degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ year of Oracle or other ERP system experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to effectively supervise team members, organize work activities, and work collaboratively.
- Demonstrated coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
