Responsibilities
- Manage key national accounts, serving as a liaison between production and the customer to ensure the highest quality service levels are met, and any customer concerns are resolved swiftly.
- Negotiate contract renewals and pricing adjustments in alignment with business strategy.
- Work with the customers on their long-term growth strategies and deepen the portfolio of items with existing customer base.
- Identify and secure new business to hit sales targets.
- Serve as the point of contact to coordinate a smooth rollout of new business.
- Collaborate with the pricing, sourcing, and operations teams for solutions to maximize sustainable margin and profitability.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
- 6+ years' experience in successfully handling customer accounts in the food industry.
- Demonstrated excellence in building and delivering strong sales pitches.
- Prominent ability to grow sales portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong CPG snack sales experience is preferred.
- Private label experience is desired.
