About the role

This role is responsible for managing the Walmart account on a national level, driving business growth, improving profitability, and expanding market share within their portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth and improve profitability through strategic planning and execution
  • Manage and optimize operations to achieve sales targets and distribution objectives
  • Develop and implement growth and investment strategy for assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and partnership
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to proactively adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge
  • Support implementation of key Spin Master initiatives, while also prioritizing key customer initiatives
  • Achieve sales targets, distribution, merchandising, and pricing objectives for assigned accounts
  • Regularly report on account performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics to senior management
  • Use data and insights to make informed decisions and improve business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain and digital/eCommerce, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives

Requirements

Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing. 5+ years of experience in major account management in the consumer goods industry, preferably with Walmart and/or the Toy industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share. Strength in analytics, ability to analyze complex data and make strategic business decisions. Hands on knowledge of Retail Link and Scintilla.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Benefits

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Arkansas is $125,000 to $145,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
