What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and develop new national and multi-location account opportunities
- Sell new and used industrial equipment from the G&W Equipment portfolio, along with related solutions and programs
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers at multiple levels within customer organizations
- Develop account plans that support customer needs while driving revenue and profitability
- Coincide with Territory and Operations Managers to ensure consistent service and execution across locations
- Analyze account performance and identify opportunities to expand business and market share
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM
What You Bring
- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in material handling, construction, industrial equipment, or a related field
- Experience managing larger or multi-location accounts
- Proven ability to develop new business while maintaining existing relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of margins and basic financial concepts
- Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage longer sales cycles
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems
