National Account CSR
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service to our internal and external customers with timely problem resolution
- Manage reports for service and exceptions with respect to our national account customer base
- Communicate in an effective and efficient manner with service centers to ensure on-time deliveries
- Aid with MyRLC login requests and management for customer access to our website
- On-demand support for National Account Sales Directors regarding customer requests
- Process reports/compile data to support overall shipping activities on a case-by-case need
- Serve as a point of contact for the general customer care call queue, when required
- Build healthy working relationships with customers to deliver positive customer experiences
- Possess a positive attitude when dealing with internal and external customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support heavy volumes with phone and email communications
- Deal with potentially adverse situations, such as the movement of freight and problem resolution
- Proficient with Microsoft products, i.e., Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
