What You'll Do
- Execute client retention and revenue growth strategies for enterprise accounts within your portfolio
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to implement artificial intelligence software solutions at all levels of customer organizations (Dealers)
- Collaborate with teams across Car Wars departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop detailed project plans and tracking against milestones
- Manage executive level communications and presentations to client accounts
- Develop and earn a high degree of trust with key contacts within client base
- Are professionals with 3-5 years of customer or prospect-facing experience
- Have a Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Automotive preferred
- Thrive as an independent and proactive problem solver
- Have a willingness for client-based travel up to 50% (10-12 business days / month)
- Communicate effectively across various audiences including presentation skills
- Have a curiosity and interest in solving our toughest challenges
- Are obsessed with the details but able to see the big picture of a project
