What You'll Do

  • Execute client retention and revenue growth strategies for enterprise accounts within your portfolio
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to implement artificial intelligence software solutions at all levels of customer organizations (Dealers)
  • Collaborate with teams across Car Wars departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop detailed project plans and tracking against milestones
  • Manage executive level communications and presentations to client accounts
  • Develop and earn a high degree of trust with key contacts within client base
  • Our Ideal Candidates

    • Are professionals with 3-5 years of customer or prospect-facing experience
    • Have a Bachelor's degree
    • Experience in Automotive preferred
    • Thrive as an independent and proactive problem solver
    • Have a willingness for client-based travel up to 50% (10-12 business days / month)
    • Communicate effectively across various audiences including presentation skills
    • Have a curiosity and interest in solving our toughest challenges
    • Are obsessed with the details but able to see the big picture of a project
