Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with dining details
• Maintain an organized and clean waiting area
• Create seating charts, table assignments, and seat guests in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Assist guests with needs throughout the duration of the cruise

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
