About the initiative

E.R.B.A. dell’Umbria (Ente Regionale Bilaterale Agricolo) introduces the first “Informativa per i lavoratori stagionali” in Umbria, a standardized document designed to simplify compliance for agricultural employers while ensuring seasonal workers receive essential safety information before starting work. The initiative aligns with legal requirements under Decreto Legislativo n. 81/2008, Decreto Interministeriale del 27 marzo 2013, and Legge n. 27/2020, which mandate clear communication of rights, duties, risks, and prevention measures to all workers, including those in simple or generic seasonal roles.
