NAPA Auto Parts- Assistant Manager (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Aid customers in finding the right parts and providing product knowledge.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in company-owned store initiatives.
• Manage inventory and protect assets.
• Oversee operational and safety issues.
• Work in various departments, including cleaning and preparing delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room, and outside areas.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in an auto parts store or automotive industry, or hobby/DIY world preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with computers.
