Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly Qualifications Prior experience caring for children.Strong understanding of infant development and care routines.Infant CPR & First Aid Certification (required).Background check and clean driving record.Non-smoker.Reliable, punctual, and professional.Excellent communication skills.Work Environment & ExpectationsIn-home care setting.May require flexibility in scheduling (early mornings, evenings, occasional weekends).Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism within the family’s home.Minimal personal phone use while on duty.
