Nanny

About the role

We’re looking for a dependable, warmhearted nanny to become an important part of our family’s daily life. Our daughter is 4, and our son is 7 and has Level 3 autism (very loving and non‑verbal). He is nonverbal. We want someone who will get to know each child as an individual, celebrate their progress, and help them feel safe, loved, and understood. Location: Sandy Springs, Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands‑on care for both children and put their safety first.
• Create a calm, loving environment with consistent routines and engaging activities.
• Learn how our son communicates and support his needs with patience and respect.
• Help both children build age‑appropriate English and math skills through conversation, reading, play, and everyday activities.
• Keep us informed about the children’s day, their progress, and anything they need.

Requirements

• Empathetic, loving, dependable (always on time), and protective of the children.
• Ability to stay attentive, respond calmly to challenges, and take the responsibility of caring for children seriously.
• Experience caring for autistic children is strongly preferred.
• Experience teaching young children English and math is a plus.
• Willingness to learn the children’s routines and work closely with the family.

Pay

$25 per hour.

Schedule

Approximately 50 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Core schedule: Monday 9 am‑6 pm, Tuesday 9 am‑6 pm, Wednesday 7 am‑7 pm, Thursday 9 am‑7 pm, Friday 9 am‑7 pm.
