Nanny

FAYETTEVILLE, AR (nationwide search): A tight-knit, loving family of six is seeking a full-time live-out House Manager/Nanny to support their household and help care for their four girls, ages 7, 6, 5, and 3.

About the role

Mom is home and highly involved, looking for a true partner who can seamlessly integrate into her established systems, learn her organizational style, and help keep the household running at a high level. This is a home-focused role ideal for a hyper-organized candidate who thrives on staying ahead of the household's needs and enjoys a structured, collaborative environment. The nanny will work alongside mom as a team, supporting daily life with a go-with-it attitude and deep respect for mom's systems.

Schedule

Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 7pm, guaranteeing 40 hours per week. Saturdays are full days in the fall, though the family is open to rotating Saturdays or flexing days during the week as needed. Sunday and Monday are off. The schedule is more fluid during the summer when all four girls are home, returning to a structured routine in the fall.

Responsibilities

• Family and children's laundry
• Dry cleaning runs
• House tidying and organization
• Vehicle care and cleaning for both family and nanny vehicles
• Restocking and maintaining household supplies
• General household projects as needed
• Light food prep for the children (e.g., cleaning and cutting fruit)
• Assisting with teacher gifts, class parties, and other household tasks aligned with mom’s day-to-day
• Afternoon school pickups and transportation to activities using the family vehicle
• Full supervision and care of the children during transportation and activities
• Supporting the two eldest girls (ages 7 and 6) with after-school routines, including pickup at 3:10pm and chauffeuring to activities
• Travel with the family on domestic and international trips (3–4 week-long trips per year, plus long weekend excursions)
• Working holidays as needed (compensated)

About the children

The girls each have distinct personalities and interests:

• Ages 7: Neat, structured, and loves to be read to
• Ages 6: Outgoing, social, and loves music
• Ages 5: Exploring her own world and interests
• Ages 3: Full of personality

The older two attend dance twice a week. The family enjoys travel, particularly Disney World and cruises.

Requirements

• Valid passport
• Openness to traveling with the family a few times per year (domestic and international)
• Comfort with a collaborative, structured environment and respect for mom’s systems
• Hyper-organized with a proactive approach to household management

Pay

$30–35 gross per hour via payroll.
