What You'll Do
You will help accelerate commercial performance across North America by translating data, market insights, and business priorities into actionable strategies that strengthen go-to-market execution.

Your Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial, financial data (including internal accounting & sales systems), and market data from multiple sources to identify trends, measure performance, and generate actionable business insights.
- Create clear, executive-ready presentations and analytical insights that influence stakeholders and support strategic business decisions.
- Monitor KPIs across BCG's AI offerings and functional initiatives to provide performance insights and recommendations to improve commercial outcomes.
- Partner with Practice Area, Business Management, and Knowledge teams to strengthen go-to-market strategies, activate AI offerings, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Execute ad hoc analytical requests with accuracy and speed, supporting critical business priorities and executive decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes, reporting, and operational effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the Regional AI and Functional Activation Lead in executing strategic commercial priorities that accelerate AI revenue growth and client penetration across North America.
- Enable Practice Areas to activate AI opportunities across industries and clients while advancing other strategic growth priorities.
- Coordinate content, reporting, and logistics to support regional leadership meetings, including Practice Area and executive forums.
