What You'll Do

You will help accelerate commercial performance across North America by translating data, market insights, and business priorities into actionable strategies that strengthen go-to-market execution.

You will work across Practice Area, Business Management, and Functions, delivering the analytics and insights that support informed decision-making and regional growth.

  • Deliver analytics and insights that support informed decision-making and regional growth.
  • Create clear, executive-ready presentations and analytical insights that influence stakeholders and support strategic business decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs across BCG's AI offerings and functional initiatives to provide performance insights and recommendations to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with Practice Area, Business Management, and Knowledge teams to strengthen go-to-market strategies, activate AI offerings, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Execute ad hoc analytical requests with accuracy and speed, supporting critical business priorities and executive decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes, reporting, and operational effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the Regional AI and Functional Activation Lead in executing strategic commercial priorities that accelerate AI revenue growth and client penetration across North America.
  • Enable Practice Areas to activate AI opportunities across industries and clients while advancing other strategic growth priorities.
  • Coordinate content, reporting, and logistics to support regional leadership meetings, including Practice Area and executive forums.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze commercial, financial data (including internal accounting & sales systems), and market data from multiple sources to identify trends, measure performance, and generate actionable business insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve commercial dashboards, reporting tools, and knowledge repositories that enable timely decision-making.
  • Create clear, executive-ready presentations and analytical insights that influence stakeholders and support strategic business decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs across BCG's AI offerings and functional initiatives to provide performance insights and recommendations to improve commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, executive-ready materials and tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Strong business judgment and a data-driven approach to problem solving, enabling informed decision-making and commercial impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner with stakeholders across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Operating in ambiguous settings, with a self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a collaborative approach to achieving team goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience with data analysis and business analytics, or financial analysis, or data analysis in a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Experience analyzing complex data sets and translating findings into actionable business insights and executive-ready deliverables.

Additional Info

Candidates will be considered at the Manager or Senior Specialist level, commensurate with experience.

This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range.
