Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue and market share by managing named/key account and commercial account base to achieve sales quota.
- Present and sell Toshiba digital office equipment and software solutions, including multi-functional products.
- Drive net new business through named/key account management.
- Avoid adopt Toshiba's culture of sales excellence, including established sales processes, client management, forecast accuracy, and a focus on core role KPIs or objectives.
- Develop and maintain account relationships and deliver high levels of customer care by serving as an advocate and advisor.
- Work with contacts to understand and identify objectives and needs while aligning Toshiba products and services where business opportunities exist.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, coordinating the terms of the sale and education/training.
- Act as an ambassador and representative for Toshiba to enhance the quality of the sales pipeline and accelerate/maximize revenue generation.
- Create and maintain a robust sales strategy plan, including account management, prospecting objectives, and identifying key areas of opportunity for new business.
- Create and analyze forecasting and sales reports for assigned named accounts.
- Identify problem areas and propose countermeasures to sales management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five or more years of named account / key account sales in a business-to-business environment
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience with a goal-driven focus
- Expertise managing named accounts via account-based marketing and relationship building
- Ability to travel frequently
- Valid Driver's License
