About the Role
The Nail Technician provides quality, professional services to guests, using professional skills to meet individual needs. You will prescribe appropriate nail products and services for each guest, ensuring a personalized and high-standard experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest standard of nail treatments, creating a sensory journey for guests to help them rest, relax, and regain balance.
- Begin and end treatments at published times, adhering to correct procedures.
- Maintain fully stocked treatment rooms, including equipment and linens, on a daily basis.
- Set up nail stations and pedicure thrones according to procedures and dispose of laundry promptly.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels to prepare for daily services.
- Confidently relay product and service benefits to clients.
- Attend all required department trainings and meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Current State Cosmetology License.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during busy times and high-profile events.
- Passion for providing warm, engaging, and personalized service.
- Adherence to high standards of appearance and personal hygiene.
- Ability to handle stressful and busy hotel operations while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor and composure.
