About the role
Kauai Care Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Waimea, near Eleele and Lihue, on the west side of Kauai Island. The facility aims to support recovery through its full range of Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Therapy treatments, collaborating with residents, their families, and medical providers to develop personalized plans.
