N/S Maintenance Machine Adjuster

About the Role

The individual selected for this position will assume all duties of a Machine Adjuster, working as part of a proactive, motivated maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for different cuts and make necessary adjustments
• Perform regular daily maintenance, including greasing machines and sharpening blades
• Lift up to 85 lbs. and work at high heights
• Complete administrative duties and records (e.g., preventive maintenance logs)
• Work in extreme temperatures and humidity
• Work holidays, weekends, and potentially varying shifts (day, evening, or night)
• Collaborate closely with team members (sometimes within 3 feet of others)
• Other duties as directed

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend simple instructions and apply common sense
• Skills in mechanics, welding, and electrical fields preferred
• Ability to work in cool temperatures (around 40 degrees)
• Ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day
• Good hand-eye coordination and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Food or production experience preferred
• Must pass a background check

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant experience preferred
