Machine Maintenance Job Summary
Job Requirements & Responsibilities
- Ensure safe working environment at all times by use of LOTO and PPE
- Maintain an accurate PM schedule and record service history for applicable equipment
- Be present for all hours of production - overtime and weekend work as required
- Practice good housekeeping to maintain a world class production facility
- Take ownership of all forms of machinery to ensure peak efficiency
- Work with production managers and supervisors to address machine improvements and efficiencies
- On call as needed for emergency maintenance tasks
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Industrial and electrical maintenance experience
- PLC experience
- Strong mechanical background
- Able to repair machinery in a time efficient manner
- Address all areas of production related maintenance
- Conduct themselves professionally
- Great troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated
- Great Attendance
- Able to effectively and respectfully communicate
