Details Posted: 23-Jun-26 Location: Windermere, Florida Type: Full Time Categories Technology Instruction Preferred Education Masters POSITION SUMMARY: Windermere Preparatory School is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking IB MYP Design & Innovation Educator responsible for delivering an engaging and rigorous Middle Years Programme (MYP) Design curriculum for students in Grades 6–8. This role plays a critical part in shaping students’ ability to think creatively, solve complex problems, and apply design thinking to real-world challenges. Through the MYP Design Cycle (Inquiring and Analyzing, Developing Ideas, Creating the Solution, and Evaluating) the teacher fosters a learning environment that emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and reflective practice. In addition to classroom instruction, this role contributes to the development and coherence of the Design program, ensuring alignment with IB standards and the school’s broader mission to cultivate globally minded, capable, and curious learners.
