Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education programs
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Passing scores on the New York State Physical Therapy Licensing Exam (NYSTLE)
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$69,000 - $74,000 per year
