About the role
Leading Note Studios has a really fun, positive, happy vibe, and we're hiring a Part-Time Music Teacher to join a chill work fam that cares about you. You will be teaching 18 - 30 hours a week, and the starting pay is $25/hour and could be much more depending on skill and teaching history!
Responsibilities
- Introduce musical techniques, scales, sight-reading, note-reading, rhythm, metronome practice, and ensemble performance.
- Teach music theory, composition, and performance techniques.
- Prepare students for auditions, live performances, recitals, college applications, and a life filled with music.
Requirements
- Love of children and passion for singing
- College-level musical education
- Ability to pass a background check
- Basic understanding of Primer-level piano

Monday - Thursday: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Fridays: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturdays: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
