Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide high quality subspecialized musculoskeletal imaging interpretations in support of the referring physicians and patients of VCUHS.
- Interpret musculoskeletal radiology images (radiographs, US, CT, MR).
- Perform musculoskeletal interventions.
- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows rotating through the Department of Radiology.
- Foster professional relationships with the Department of Orthopedic Surgery to promote interdisciplinary research.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism, and civility with a diverse population.
- American Board of Radiology (ABR) certification or passing the Core Component of the ABR Board Examination.
- Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Imaging.
- Candidates must be eligible for a Virginia medical license.
- Candidates must be eligible for permanent employment in the USA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in performing interventional procedures.
- Interest in clinical research.
