Musculoskeletal Radiologist (M60195)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide high quality subspecialized musculoskeletal imaging interpretations in support of the referring physicians and patients of VCUHS.
• Interpret musculoskeletal radiology images (radiographs, US, CT, MR).
• Perform musculoskeletal interventions.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows rotating through the Department of Radiology.
• Foster professional relationships with the Department of Orthopedic Surgery to promote interdisciplinary research.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism, and civility with a diverse population.
• American Board of Radiology (ABR) certification or passing the Core Component of the ABR Board Examination.
• Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Imaging.
• Candidates must be eligible for a Virginia medical license.
• Candidates must be eligible for permanent employment in the USA.

• Interest in performing interventional procedures.
• Interest in clinical research.
