MUNICIPAL WORKER (RECREATION-CENTER STAFF)
About the role
Performs unskilled manual labor as described below. Light janitorial tasks include sweeping, cleaning, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, recreation rooms, windows, floors, wiping tables, chairs, window sills, doorways, baseboards. Collects garbage and empties trash receptacles. Maintains grounds and walkways, and parking lots. Opens and closes facility for approved groups. Guards property and equipment. Sets up and takes down chairs, tables, and other equipment for group activities. Cleans snow from walks, steps, and driveways.

Requirements
Military education and experience may be substituted for college level course work at the lower and upper division baccalaureate and graduate levels and apprenticeship training at the vocational certificate level on a case by case basis based on the American Council on Education (ACE) Military Guide recommendations.
