Description
Coordinates and performs food service activities of the Fireside Grill. Representative List Of Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Maintains compliance with all cooking and cleaning hygiene requirements for food service.
- Responsible for cooking food, preparing beverages, for daily operations and special events.
- Responsible for operation of beverage cart.
- Affixes to restocking food and beverage storage areas.
- Affixes to cleanliness of food and beverage areas and equipment.
- Responsible for POS transactions along with opening and closing procedures.
- Establishes and maintains effective work relationships with others.

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Two years related experience and/or training preferred.
- Cooking experience preferred.
- Serve Safe Certification required.
- Valid Alabama Driver's License required.
