About the role

We’re on the lookout for skilled mining operators to be part of our growing team at Carmichael Mine. If you’re ready to work with a modern fleet of equipment and play a vital role as production ramps up, this could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

• Confidently operate Dozers and Haul Trucks.
• Experience with at least one of the following: Grader, Water Truck, Small Digger, or 980 Loader.
• Current Standard 11 medical and a valid driver’s licence.
• Relevant RII competencies or a verified training transcript from the last 5 years.
• A strong, team-oriented mindset with a flexible approach to getting the job done.
• A steadfast commitment to safety at all times.
• A willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 12 months’ mining experience.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Relevant RII competencies or a verified training transcript from the last 5 years.

Skills

• Confident operator of Dozers and Haul Trucks.
• Experience with additional mining equipment (Grader, Water Truck, Small Digger, or 980 Loader).
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Safety-first attitude.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
