About the role
The Multisite HR Business Partner will support multiple sites within the organization, focusing on HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to employees across multiple sites, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with site managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication between HR and site management teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment of HR policies.
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Administer benefits programs and handle related administrative tasks for employees at multiple sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and manage expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR processes in a multi-site setting.
- Experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
