About the role

A Production Chef is needed at Perfect 85 Degrees C Inc. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, plus 3.5 years of experience as a Chef, Cake Chef, Bread Chef, Pastry Cook, Baker, or Bakery Chef. A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in quality control for pastry/bakery production is also required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recipes and production schedules
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety protocols
• Monitor production processes to maintain consistency and efficiency
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to optimize workflow and meet production targets

Requirements

• High School/GED diploma
• 3.5+ years of experience as a Chef, Cake Chef, Bread Chef, Pastry Cook, Baker, or Bakery Chef
