About the role

The Multimodality Technologist performs a combination of duties surrounding MRI, CT, Mammography, Ultrasonography, and X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Performs a combination of duties surrounding MRI, CT, Mammography, Ultrasonography, and X-Ray.
• Works in a team environment with other imaging technologists and radiologists.
• Ensures patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Adheres to strict infection control protocols.
• Monitors equipment performance and reports malfunctions to maintenance staff.
• Documents patient information accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum years’ experience required: 1-2 years
• Modality Experience Required: CT / XRAY / DEXA
• Certifications Required: Fluro LIC / AART / CA Lic / XRAY LIC
• Minimum Education Required: Radiology School Grad.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must have excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Must be able to lift and move patients as needed.
• Must be proficient in computer systems and software used in the imaging department.

Skills

• Proficient in operating MRI, CT, Mammography, Ultrasonography, and X-Ray equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$50 to $55 hourly

Shift: Days
Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am to 5pm
