About the role

WEEK-TV Peoria is seeking an organized and creative professional to lead digital sales efforts as Multimedia Sales Manager. This role works closely with the Director of Sales to develop the sales team and drive revenue, with a strong focus on digital sales.

Responsibilities

• Focus on business development, emphasizing new local direct and digital revenue
• Revenue forecasting for individual and overall performance against local broadcast, digital, and new local direct budgets
• Provide digital training to the sales team
• Assist Media Executives in presenting and closing business
• Develop and update sales presentations and collateral using current materials
• Oversee the digital support team to ensure campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting for campaign success
• Act as a digital advertising expert, working at a partnership/consultative level with Media Executives and advertisers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of prior experience in broadcast and digital sales
• Management experience preferred

Pay

$75,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience, plus bonus potential for meeting monthly/quarterly budget goals)
