Multimedia Journalist (MMJ)

WACH is looking for a Multi-Media Journalist.

Responsibilities

• Report, shoot, and edit news stories.
• Generate enterprising story ideas and develop contacts.
• Produce daily content for a variety of platforms, including the internet, social networking sites, mobile phones, and television.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Experience

• Sharp news judgment.
• Ability to tell an NPPA‑style story.
• Excellent technical skills.
• Ability to work well independently.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years reporting experience.
• Experience with live shots.
• Experience with Live‑U is a plus.
