About the Role
KTXS is seeking a Multimedia Journalist (MMJ) to report, shoot, and edit news stories. You will enterprise story ideas, develop contacts, and produce daily content for television, our website, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Report, shoot, and edit news stories
- Enterprise story ideas and develop contacts
- Produce daily content for television, website, and social media
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Sharp news judgment
- Excellent technical skills
- Ability to work well independently and with others
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record (must maintain both)
Qualifications
A degree in Journalism is preferred.
