What You Will Be Doing
Manages multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions. These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping.
Oversees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost.
Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Production and/or Production Control Experience
- Previous Leadership Experience
- Experience with Lean Concepts
Desired Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong background in all processes of Business Operations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
- Candidate willing and able to engage on routine and unique problems/issues to help develop solutions
- Risk identification and management experience
- Experience in bid, proposal and estimating practices, and capital budget
- Previous Leadership experience for both Salaried and Represented employees
- Experience in MRP Planning
- Experience Production scheduling
- Experience with the Supply Chain Management process
- Inventory Management
- Experience Requirements and Bill of Material (BOM) interpretation
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position.
(Washington state applicants only): Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
