Responsibilities
This position is within the Replenishment Center Operation’s (RCO) team supporting AMMM, F-22, F-35, F-16, ADP, and sustainment programs with the following responsibilities:
- Supervises represented personnel, supporting a two-shift operation
- Oversees and monitors key performance indicators related to Inventory and Production Control shop floor activities for parts movement and requirement planning
- Monitors material requirements to mitigate negative impacts on production
- Oversees inventory control and compliance
- Oversees all receiving activity and compliance
- Oversees all kitting activity and compliance
- Supports warehouse quality control and compliance
- Controls the flow of materials through the RCO processes to the shop floor or to support external needs
- Monitors schedule execution to program plan
- Ensures material requirements are satisfied to mitigate parts constraints and other negative impacts to production
- Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice
- Manages multiple manufacturing planning, material management, and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions, including but not limited to: Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing, and Shipping
- Oversees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost
- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $72,500.00 - $134,600.00
Salary is determined by factors including scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and market considerations (work location and business).
Schedule
3-day weekends every weekend with flexible work schedules (onsite to remote).
