Multifamily Construction Senior Project Manager - Columbus
About the role
Lead large-scale ground-up multifamily and podium construction projects ranging from $30M-$60M
Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success
Monitor project performance and proactively resolve challenges to maintain schedule and financial goals
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contractual requirements
Build strong client relationships through clear communication, accountability, and responsiveness
Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and cost reporting
Collaborate with field leadership to deliver projects that exceed client expectations
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale multifamily construction projects, ideally $30M+ in value
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with owners, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
