About the role

Seeking a Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a newly established ICU setting. The role involves assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, promoting patient and family-centered services, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. The nurse will develop and document individualized care plans, collaborate with the healthcare team, and educate patients and families on managing their conditions post-discharge.
