About the role

Seeking a Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a newly established ICU department. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within established standards. The nurse will promote patient-centered care, educate patients and families, and participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established standards
• Promote patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and document individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and barriers

Qualifications

• Minimum of Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree
• RN license required
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 2+ years of ICU experience
• Ability to work independently and in a safety-sensitive environment

Additional requirements

• Experience in ICU, with a weekend work option offering additional incentives
• Accepts ADN, BSN, and MSN candidates
