We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings that have real content: Overview (maybe not a heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Overview maybe not needed; but we can treat as About the role? The posting includes Overview paragraph. Could put under

About the role

with that paragraph. Responsibilities: list of duties. Qualifications: includes Ideal Candidate Will Have: Education, Experience, Other Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. Could combine into Requirements/Qualifications. Use

Qualifications

maybe. Benefits: list of perks: Medical, dental and vision insurance etc. Also includes Daily pay available etc. So Benefits section. Pay: Provided: Posted Min Pay Rate USD $27.00/Hr. Posted Max Pay Rate USD $33.00/Hr. So we need Pay section. Schedule: night shift position from 6pm to 6am with rotating weekends. So Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove "Our Commitment to Inclusion" etc. Also remove "Confidentiality Agreement Required: Yes". Also remove "Posted Min Pay Rate" maybe we keep as content inside Pay section. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not needed. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include details about responsibilities list, qualifications details, benefits list, pay range, schedule. We must not include application instructions (email etc). Remove "Should you have any questions..." etc. Also remove "To learn more, please visit Pennex.com..." etc. Also remove "Our Commitment to Inclusion" etc. Also remove "MX Holdings and our family of brands..." etc. Also remove "Our salary ranges are primarily determined..." maybe that's generic but still substantive? It's about pay determination; could be considered boilerplate but it's about pay. Might keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The paragraph about salary ranges is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered generic; but it's still substantive about pay determination. Might keep? Safer to keep? It's not EEO. It's about pay determination. Could keep as part of Pay section maybe. But we need to avoid duplication. Also need to avoid "About Us" maybe we can keep as part of About the role? Actually "About Us" section includes description of company; could be considered substantive but not required headings. Could we include as a section? Not in allowed headings list; but we could put under About the role? Might be okay to include as a paragraph under About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

About the role

Overview paragraph...

Responsibilities

But we might split Education, Experience, Other into separate
  • items. Alternatively we could have subheadings but not needed.

    Benefits

    • Medical, dental and vision insurance
    • Disability and life insurance
    • 401(k) with matching contribution
    • Generous allotment of paid vacation and paid holidays
    • Competitive wages plus performance-based bonus opportunities
    • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
    • Ongoing training and professional development
    • Ample opportunity for career growth and advancement
    • Daily pay available
Maybe also include tuition reimbursement, employee discount program, wellness incentive program, regular employee celebrations and events from "Why Our People Love Working Here". Those are also benefits/perks. Should include them. So add those.

    Pay

Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $27.00/Hr. Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $33.00/Hr.

Optionally include note about salary ranges determination.

    Schedule

Night shift position from 6pm to 6am with rotating weekends.

We should also include maybe "About Us" description? Could be omitted as not under allowed headings but could be included as a paragraph under About the role? The overview already includes some. The "About Us" and "Who We Are" sections are substantive but not under headings list. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could we add a section "About the company"? Not in allowed headings list but maybe we can still use

    About the company

    ? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive list. It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use other headings as long as they are

. But better to stick to those examples to be safe. However, the company description is substantive; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. We can add a paragraph after overview: "Founded nearly half a century ago, Pennex continues to see rapid growth as a leading provider of quality aluminum cast products and extrusions..." etc. That is from About Us and Who We Are. We'll include that. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO, inclusion, confidentiality agreement, visa sponsorship note already in qualifications (we kept). Also removed "To learn more, please visit Pennex.com..." etc. Also removed "Our Commitment to Inclusion" etc. Also removed "MX Holdings and our family of brands..." etc. Also removed "Our salary ranges are primarily determined..." maybe we keep as part of Pay? Might be considered boilerplate but it's about pay determination; but it's generic. Safer to omit? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. That paragraph is not exactly those categories; it's about pay determination. Could keep. But to be safe, maybe keep a short sentence: "Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location; individual pay based on work location, skills, experience, and education." That's substantive. We'll keep. Now produce HTML. Check for duplicate lines: Ensure we didn't duplicate responsibilities. Let's craft responsibilities list from the text: - Responds to service calls from all departments involving breakdowns to diagnose and repair equipment as required. - Responsible for prioritizing repairs with input and direction from plant leadership. - Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus and discusses it with other maintenance technicians including Maintenance Supervisor. - Diagnoses and repairs or replaces faulty hydraulic or pneumatic components; mechanical components, including but not limited to, bearings, couplings, etc; combustion components; and electronic components, including but not limited to, power supplies, processor, printed circuit boards, etc. - Performs scheduled preventive maintenance (P.M.) on plant equipment including, but not limited to, extrusion presses and auxiliary equipment, melting furnace, casting unit, billet saw, homogenizing furnace, etc. - Conducts daily inspection of the operation of the air compressors and compressed air system including maintenance of oil levels, air filters, dryer operation, etc. - Conducts daily inspection of the operation of the cooling water system including maintenance of the water level, water quality, water filtration, etc. - Performs daily inspection of the operation of the extrusion presses including maintenance of the oil levels, oil leaks, billet heater operation, cutoff saw operation, transfer operation, stretcher operation, etc. - Installs and/or modifies equipment in cooperation with leadership to improve the reliability, simplify the operation, improve operational safety, etc. - Complete tasks in a timely manner relative to CMMS. - Follows company rules, regulations and policies regarding work and safety practices. - Maintains a neat and orderly work area including general housekeeping of the work area upon completion of a repair. - Assists with general housekeeping of the maintenance area. - Performs other duties as assigned. Now qualifications list: Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school Experience: Five or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience should include welding competency, hydraulic and pneumatic circuit components, knowledge of relay logic components, PLC logic components, bearing, gear reducers, equipment alignment and piping installation. Five to seven years in a manufacturing environment. Two to five years electrical experience required. Five to seven years electrical experience preferred. Other Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and electrical measurement instrumentation. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to use measuring devices, rulers, micrometers, etc. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to read maintenance blueprints, hydraulic schematics, ladder diagrams and bill of materials. Regular attendance is required. Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen. Must be eligible to work in the United States, visa sponsorships are not available. Now benefits list: include all from "Perks of the Job", "Why Our People Love Working Here", plus maybe "Daily pay available". Let's list: - Medical, dental and vision insurance - Disability and life insurance - 401(k) with matching contribution - Generous allotment of paid vacation and paid holidays - Competitive wages plus performance-based bonus opportunities - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Ongoing training and professional development - Ample opportunity for career growth and advancement - Daily pay available - Tuition reimbursement - Employee discount program with hundreds of partner brands - Wellness incentive program - Regular employee celebrations and events Now Pay section: include min and max rates, plus note about salary ranges determination.
