About the role

This on-the-job training/work program prepares both entry-level and experienced operators for a career path to the highest level of operator at Arlington County’s state-of-the-art, highly automated, Enhanced Nutrient Removal (ENR) Water Pollution Control Plant. The program develops and compensates operators for knowledge, expertise, licensure, and work performance through a multi-grade, multi-year training track that leads to journey level and beyond.
