About the role

This opportunity supports operational activities across well operations, gas lift systems, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression and pipeline operations. The role is focused on maintaining production performance, supporting maintenance activity and working closely with engineering and operational teams to gather data, monitor equipment and optimise field performance. This position offers hands-on involvement in a technically focused operating environment with responsibility across production monitoring, control board operation and routine field activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production performance and support maintenance activities.
• Work closely with engineering and operational teams to gather data, monitor equipment and optimise field performance.
• Monitor well and equipment performance and take appropriate action to help maximise production.
• Support engineering data gathering requests and track test compression data.
• Conduct fluid level checks with an echo meter.
• Prepare for and perform maintenance activities, take readings, complete rounds, issue work permits and follow operational procedures.
• Support optimization of chemical pump rates using production data, including corrosion, paraffin and soap injection.
• Make basic operational decisions with confidence.

Requirements

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant industry experience at an intermediate level.
• Experience supporting routine operational activities in a production or process environment.
• Experience providing technical, functional and/or administrative support within an operations team.

Skills

• Working knowledge of well operations, gas lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression and pipeline operations.
• Problem-solving ability.

Schedule: 10 Days On / 4 Days Off (8-hour days)
