Multi-Skilled Operator II [C]

Airswift is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator II for a one-year W2 contract position in Kenedy, TX, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Perform well operations, including gas lifted wells, ESP's, three-phase separation, gas compression, and control board operation.
• Handle pipeline operation and minor maintenance of valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.
• Assist other operators and craft personnel in their duties.
• Prepare for and perform maintenance tasks, take readings, conduct rounds, and issue work permits.
• Follow procedures, initiate work requests, and write procedures.
• Interface with support groups and proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production.
• Optimize chemical pump rates (corrosion, paraffin, soap injection, etc.) based on production data in collaboration with support groups.
• Interface with Engineering for data gathering requests.
• Track test compression data and conduct fluid levels with an echo meter.

Requirements

• Intermediate level experience, typically 3-5 years.
• Provides technical, functional, and/or administrative support.
• General working knowledge of specific systems, terminology, and procedures used within the department.
• Performs routine tasks and solves problems with basic decision-making abilities.
