Multi-Site Operations & Distribution Manager

About the role

The Multi-Site Operations & Distribution Manager leads the day-to-day performance of Hearts for the Homeless' growing thrift store business unit. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this role oversees operational and distribution performance across three retail locations, a centralized processing warehouse, approximately 50 team members, and a multi-million-dollar thrift store business unit.

Responsibilities

• Owns execution: reallocates labor to demand, balances the sales floor, and ensures consistent, on-plan performance every week.
• Develops people: coaches, supports, and holds Store Supervisors accountable while helping them grow as managers, leaders, and operators.
• Works from targets defined by leadership and operational data, executing against these targets across all locations.
• Invests in operational systems, performance measurement, accountability processes, and technology to support long-term growth.

Requirements

• Experience in multi-site operations, distribution, or supply-chain execution.
• Proven follow-through: given a target, makes it happen across locations.
• A people-developer with the courage to raise standards.

Qualifications

• Strong systems thinking and ability to build and reinforce systems for consistent performance.
• Experience in the thrift and resale industry is a plus, but not required.
