About the role
The Multi-Site Retail Operations Manager leads the day-to-day performance of Hearts for the Homeless's growing thrift store business unit, reporting directly to the President & CEO.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance across three retail locations, a centralized processing warehouse, and approximately 50 team members.
- Lead Store Supervisors in providing leadership and accountability.
- Invest in leadership development, technology, operational analytics, automation, and AI-assisted tools to strengthen performance and support long-term growth.
- Develop and coach Store Supervisors, helping them grow as managers, leaders, and operators.
- Ensure consistent execution across all locations while playing a key role in reinforcing operational systems and strengthening accountability.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in retail operations or a similar field.
- Experience managing a team of at least 50 employees.
- Strong understanding of operational systems, performance measurement, and accountability processes.
- Ability to balance people leadership, operational accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in retail operations or a similar field.
- Experience with technology, operational analytics, automation, and AI-assisted tools.
