Multi-Site Manufacturing Leader

What You'll Do

• Lead two manufacturing facilities through an experienced leadership team.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
• Develop Plant Managers, Directors, Superintendents, and future leaders.
• Build and sustain operating systems that improve accountability and execution.
• Use operational data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve performance.
• Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, FSQA, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance to execute strategic priorities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, servant leadership, and operational discipline.

What Success Looks Like

• Successfully led complex manufacturing operations where you've been responsible for:
• Multiple manufacturing sites or highly complex manufacturing facilities.
• Leading large manufacturing organizations through an established leadership team.
• High-speed, capital-intensive manufacturing environments.
• Significant production volumes measured in millions of pounds, units, or cases.
• P&L responsibility and operational decision making.
• Large capital investment programs.
• Building leadership capability and succession plans.
• Using management systems and operational data to improve business performance.
