Lead Two High-Volume Manufacturing Facilities | 600+ Team Members | Drive Operational Excellence This isn't a traditional Plant Manager role. You'll lead two complex manufacturing facilities producing millions of pounds of finished product annually while developing leaders, improving operational performance, and helping shape the future of one of the country's fastest-growing food manufacturers. What You'll DoLead two manufacturing facilities through an experienced leadership team.Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.Develop Plant Managers, Directors, Superintendents, and future leaders.Build and sustain operating systems that improve accountability and execution.Use operational data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve performance.Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, FSQA, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance to execute strategic priorities.Support significant capital investments and manufacturing expansion initiatives.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, servant leadership, and operational discipline. What Success Looks LikeYou've successfully led complex manufacturing operations where you've been responsible for:Multiple manufacturing sites or highly complex manufacturing facilities.Leading large manufacturing organizations through an established leadership teamHigh-speed, capital-intensive manufacturing environments.Significant production volumes measured in millions of pounds, units, or cases.P&L responsibility and operational decision making.Large capital investment programs.Building leadership capability and succession plans.Using management systems and operational data to improve business performance.
