Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do

  • Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
  • Inspect and maintain common areas, amenities, building exteriors, and grounds.
  • Assist with apartment turns, make-readies, and unit inspections.
  • Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
  • Maintain pools and amenity areas (where applicable).
  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation.
  • Travel between multiple properties throughout St. Louis County and St. Charles County.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate effectively with property management teams.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, hospitality, or related maintenance experience.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work across multiple locations.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable personal vehicle and proof of insurance (auto allowance provided).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • EPA Universal Certification, CPO Certification, HVAC certification, or other trade certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Yardi or other property management software is a plus.
