Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Aid in resident work orders within the apartments.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, including painting.
• Perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Handle light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in apartments.
• Perform appliance repairs.
• Clean common areas.
• Conduct daily water testing.
• Provide customer service.
• Perform light salt/snow removal duties.
• Be on-call as required.

Requirements

• Prior residential maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Own a working cell phone.
• Show excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Hold a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and have reliable, insured transportation.
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
